Clinical Care Coordinator - Leading Private Clinic

A leading private Fertility Clinic based in Central London are looking to recruit a 'Clinical Care Coordinator'.
 
The role is paying up to £32K (depending on experience) and is on a permanent contract.
 
The shift rota is 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (This can be flexible following completion of probation period)

The role incorporates the following -

• Establish a compassionate environment by providing excellent customer services to Patients.
• Providing a key point of contact for patients.
• Meet with patients to coordinate upcoming procedures, review requirements, calendars, and medications.
• Provide an overview to the patient of the egg donation program including risks, success rates,
  financial costs, stimulation information and information about embryo transfer, obtaining necessary consents, ensuring completion of program requirements (i.e. blood tests, scan
  tests, etc.), preparing medical history for doctor’s consultation.

You MUST have the following skills / qualifications /experience -

• Quality Management System requirements.
• Good communication and IT Skills
• Fantastic attention to detail
• Great customer service
• Health and Safety procedures, including Manual Handling, Fire and Infection Control.
