Senior Patent Access Officer

A leading Medical Provider based in Penrose, Philadelphia is looking to recruit a ‘Senior Patient Access Officer’.
 
The role is paying up to $48K and is on a permanent contract.
 
You MUST have experience working in hospital registration.

Schedule: Full Time 40 hours. Friday 7:00am-5:30pm, Saturday 7:00am - 5:30pm, Sunday 7:00am-5:30pm,
Monday 7:00am- 5:30pm
 
The role incorporates the following –

• Admission and registration of patients, the bed placement and tracking movement of patients.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of demographic information and accuracy, completeness and verification of insurance information in all parts of the job.
• Keep updated with regulations by reviewing policy/procedures and email notifications.
• Mentor other team members and new hires across the hospital.

 
Skills / Experience Required-

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous hospital registration experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, often stressful environment.
• Capable of working independent of continuous supervision
