Registered Nurse

A leading Medical Provider based in Columbia, South Carolina is looking to recruit a ‘Registered Nurse ’.
 
The role is paying up to $85K and is on a permanent contract.
 
You MUST have at least two year’s experience as a registered Nurse

Short Description –

• Effectively utilize the nursing process to assess and care for patients.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a professional, ethical, knowledgeable, and compassionate manner.
• Travel to outlying clinics as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of medical/nursing practices by participating in educational in-services.
• Accurately perform all nursing duties according to the state nurse practice act while adhering to company policies and procedures including, but not limited to:

1. accessing and maintaining central lines and PIVS
2. obtaining lab specimens
3. collecting vital signs
4. Safely administer intravenous and injectable medications as ordered by prescribing physicians
5. documenting patient care
6. responding to and accurately reporting adverse drug reactions
7. assisting with administrative duties as needed

Skills / Experience Required-

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state(s) of practice.
• 1 year of nursing experience
