Senior HR Generalist - Healthcare - New York

A leading Private Hospital based in Long Island City, New York is looking to recruit a 'Senior HR Generalist'

You MUST have previous experience  in  HR Generalist role. 

The role is paying $100-120,000, dependent on experience. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• This role will involve payroll processing, managing HR systems like ADP Services, policy implementation, and fostering a positive work environment
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing
• Address employee inquiries and discrepancies
•  Onboarding and reporting
• Develop and communicate HR policies
• Maintain confidential employee records
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and conflicts
• Facilitate investigations and recommend action

Required experience and skills

• 5 year + experience in a HR Generalist role 
• Ability to conduct interviews and onboard candidates
• Strong legal Knowledge
